ew episodes of Sold on SLC air Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and next day on Peacock. On the Season 1 premiere, Lisa Barlow embarked on a major real estate decision - deciding between buying a home or building one.
During an episode in December, Lisa met with her realtor, Sarah Martindale, to view a $3,699,000 five-bedroom home. However, despite its beauty, Lisa had several complaints, including small closets and low ceilings. She expressed her desire for specific features such as a pool, guest house, salon, and dry sauna.
Sarah advised Lisa to build a custom home, stating that there was no existing property that met all of her requirements. Lisa agreed, saying she wanted more once she saw it. The decision to build has now led to the construction of Lisa's new dream home.
The new home will have clean lines, 90-degree angles, and a minimalist aesthetic. It will also feature a large closet with a separate room for storing fur coats and other items. Lisa envisions the kitchen as a central gathering space where family and friends can socialize.
