upoli Companies is set to break ground on a significant development in Littleton, Massachusetts. The 50-acre project will be the largest mixed-use development in the region and is expected to feature over 2 million square feet of space.

    The site will include more than 1,000 residential units, a 150-room hotel, and 115,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. HIPER Global, a computer hardware manufacturer, has committed to establishing its U.S. headquarters at the location, occupying 72,500 square feet.

    Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey will join Lupoli Companies' President and CEO Sal Lupoli for the groundbreaking ceremony on May 5. The project also plans to incorporate open space for community use and events.
