OLUMBIA, S.C. - The former home of Piggly Wiggly and Long's Drugs on Devine Street has been sold to Cason Development Group for $7.1 million. The 3.2-acre property at 3818 Devine Street was purchased by the company through Marcus & Millichap, Inc. This marks a significant development in the area, which is already seeing new projects emerge. Cason Development Group has a notable presence in Columbia, with dozens of properties under their management, including the upcoming GATHER COLA food hall on Bull Street.
