Long Island commercial leases and sales: West Babylon, Farmingdale, Island Park, Port Jefferson Station deals reach millions.

A
24,000-square-foot industrial building at 47-49 Jersey St. in West Babylon has been sold to 47-49 Jersey St. LLC for $5 million. The property was previously occupied by Great Neck Saw Manufacturers and is now available for lease. Luciano Oliverio of Summit Commercial Real Estate Corp. represented the buyer, while David Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services represented the seller.

    NY Floral Supply has purchased a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 107 Milbar Blvd. in Farmingdale for $2 million. The company, which offers event supplies and other products, is relocating from Plainview to expand its operations. Raj Whadwa and Rav Nagpal of Global Realty Services represented the buyer.

    Embassy Motorsports LLC has leased 3,329 square feet of industrial space at 4540 Austin Blvd. in Island Park. The tenant, an affiliate of an auto body shop, was self-represented by Jesse Jimenez of Primal Property Group.

    Wonder, a fast-growing food hall concept, has leased a 2,100-square-foot retail space at Nesconset Center in Port Jefferson Station. The space is part of the company's expansion plans on Long Island, which include new locations in Deer Park, Westbury, East Meadow, Holbrook, Plainview, and Bellmore. JP Pirraglia and Dillon Ross of RIPCO Real Estate represented Wonder, while Nick Andreadis represented the landlord, Brixmor Property Group.
