Lundy's Navigator, a custom chatbot for MLSs and associations, has added five major partners: First MLS, Realcomp MLS, HiveMLS, Bluegrass Realtors, and the MetroTex Association of Realtors. Unlike other chatbots like ChatGPT, Navigator leverages each entity's knowledge base to provide tailored answers and support. "The Lundy Navigator has revolutionized our operations," said Richard Gibbens, CEO of Bluegrass Realtors. It allows agents to access governing documents, rules, and regulations online or via text/call.

RentSpree, a rental software provider, has surpassed 3 million users on its platform after partnering with Realtor.com for syndication. The company offers seamless tech-driven rental solutions to over 300 top MLSs, associations, and brokerages. RentSpree continues to add new features, including Homebuyer Insights, which identifies renters ready to buy a home.

Other notable updates include IDC Global rebranding as Burrow, an all-in-one real estate software platform; the National Association of Realtors transforming its iOi program into a continuous engagement platform; and San Francisco Realtors deploying Restb.ai on Rapattoni and Zenlist for pre-filled MLS fields.

Lundy and RentSpree executives expand real estate presence in the market.
