8. $770K for a single-family residence at 2797 S.W. Beach Ave. in Lincoln City, built in 2006 with 1,812 sqft and $425/sqft.
7. $815K for a single-family house at 5705 S.W. Barnacle Court in South Beach, built in 2008 with 2,003 sqft and $407/sqft.
6. $864K for a single-family home at 8990 Ocean Crest Lane in Manzanita, built in 1982 with 1,554 sqft and $556/sqft.
