The property was last listed for $24.75 million before being sold to an undisclosed buyer. Rachel Solar of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty handled the listing.

    The seller, Lori Krohn Sarofim, is the stepdaughter of late Houston billionaire Fayez Sarofim. Despite a lengthy time on the market and multiple price reductions, the sale highlights River Oaks' enduring appeal as a premier destination for Houston's elite. The estate boasts an enviable location next to the River Oaks Country Club.

    Built in 1994, the mansion features five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and notable amenities such as a private gym, rotisserie oven, garden room, Baccarat chandeliers, and advanced technology like a Savant system and biometric access.
