A
luxurious ocean-to-Intracoastal Waterway compound in Manalapan, Florida, is hitting the market for $79 million, just two months after a neighboring property listed for $95 million. The 2.1-acre estate, owned by LA manufacturing mogul Jim Randall and his wife Eleanor, boasts eight bedrooms between its main and guest houses.
The Randalls purchased their property in 2020 for around $25.75 million and have since donated $100 million to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this year. The compound features a large great room, chef's kitchen, and private primary bedroom wing in the main house, as well as a pool, dock, and private boat slip.
The grounds, designed by Lang Design Group, offer 200 feet of oceanfront and 200 feet of Intracoastal Waterway access, perfect for hosting tented parties for hundreds. The property is situated just two miles south of the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa and seven miles from Mar-a-Lago, a favorite among billionaires like Larry Ellison, Billy Joel, and Tony Robbins.
The listing broker, Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties, also has the $95 million listing in the area. This new compound is set to become one of Manalapan's most exclusive addresses, with prices in the area continuing to rise.
