T
he holiday season may be slow in real estate, but New Jerseyans didn't let that stop them from making some big purchases in November. In fact, they scooped up the limited housing inventory with gusto, buying everything from a historic manor to a sprawling 217-acre farm.
Here are the priciest home sales in each Central Jersey county for November:
A historic $1.98 million Delaware Township manor dating back to 1790
This stunning estate, known as Grace Meadow, sold for $1.98 million on Nov. 25. The six-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom stone main house features a great room with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, as well as a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The property also includes a three-bedroom guesthouse and outbuildings on six acres.
A $7 million 217-acre farm in Bedminster with a greenhouse and waterfall
The McMurtry Farm sold for a jaw-dropping $7 million on Nov. 27, making it the highest Somerset County home sale of 2025. The property includes a 15,000-square-foot home at the end of a mile-long driveway, as well as a climate-controlled greenhouse, pond with waterfall, tennis court, and gardens.
A luxe, all-white $2.25 million Monroe mansion that sold over asking price
This six-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom mansion in Monroe sold for $2.25 million on Nov. 22, exceeding its asking price of $2.095 million. The estate features a movie theater with starry ceiling lights, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a primary suite with a separate office and bathroom.
