n Cuyahoga Falls, a single-family residence at 1927 Cook Street topped the list of most expensive residential real estate sales last week, selling for $213,000. This sale was one of six recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $174,277 and an average price per square foot of $154.
The top five sales were:
* 947 Falls Avenue: A single-family residence sold for $122,500, built in 1919 with a living area of 1,085 square feet. The price per square foot was $113.
* 2053 26th Street: A single-family home sold for $160,000, built in 1949 with a living area of 1,320 square feet. The price per square foot was $121.
* 1927 Tudor Street: An 800 square-foot single-family home sold for $167,000, built in 1949 and priced at $209 per square foot.
* 3915 State Road: A single-family house sold for $178,160, built in 1940 with a living area of 1,296 square feet. The price per square foot was $137.
* 1125 Myrtle Avenue: A single-family residence sold for $205,000, built in 1950 with an 800 square-foot living area and a price per square foot of $256.
These sales were finalized between October 11th and 15th.
