4. $460K, single-family house at 409 Raging River Road: The 2,924 sqft property sold for $157 per sqft in Mason.
5. $397K, single-family house at 1009 W. Barnes Road: This 1,180 sqft house sold for $336 per sqft in Mason.
6. $370K, single-family home at 1137 Alton Road: The 3,319 sqft property sold for $111 per sqft in East Lansing.
7. $353K, single-family residence at 4849 Elliott Road: This 1,584 sqft house sold for $223 per sqft in Mason.
8. $340K, single-family residence at 1949 Darling Road: The 1,040 sqft property sold for $327 per sqft in Mason.
