Luxury Palm Beach Estate Lists for $47.5M Amid Post-Election Market Surge

Stamm Development Group Acquires 2415 Casas De Marbella for $11.5 Million in 2023

A
Palm Beach spec house has hit the market for a staggering $47.5 million, reflecting the area's continued price surge following the post-election "Trump bump." The property, completed this year, sits on over an acre in Palm Beach Gardens' private community.

The seller, Stamm Development Group, acquired the land at 2415 Casas De Marbella for $11.5 million in 2023. This modern home boasts a neutral color palette, natural wood accents, and pops of blue and green to bring the outdoors in.

Outdoor spaces feature palm trees swaying in the wind, perfect for entertaining. The interior design is centered around a spa-like Zen aesthetic, with a focus on relaxation. A chef's kitchen with three islands and luxurious touches serves as the heart of the home.

Smart-wired and featuring custom oak millwork, the main residence boasts 12-foot ceilings and includes a gym, spa, hair salon, massage studio, screening room, wine cellar, lounge, sauna, and lap pool. The private dock can accommodate a 90-foot yacht, while window walls flood the interior with natural light.

The exterior is equally impressive, with a pool, fire pit, tennis court, and new dock offering Intracoastal access. A guest house, garage, security hut, and separate six-car "trophy" garage round out the property's amenities. Designed by Affiniti Architects and Decorators Unlimited, the home was furnished by Artefacto.

The listing brokers are Michael Costello and Chris Deitz of Compass.
