rdie Tavangarian's 24-bathroom mansion, Villa Siena, has finally hit the market after being completed in November. The Los Angeles-based developer has listed the furnished estate at 607 Siena Way for $177 million. Located above Bel-Air Country Club, the property boasts eight bedrooms and 35,000 square feet of living space.
Tavangarian, who heads West L.A.-based Arya Group, spent years building the mansion, which was inspired by nature with themes of fire and water. The design features teak and stone exteriors, a four-story bronze staircase, and 30-foot pivot doors that can accommodate even the largest of guests.
Inside, the megamansion includes a master bedroom with a retractable sunroof, a wine room with 200-year-old Moroccan doors, and an outdoor "sauna pod" overlooking the country club fairways. Other amenities include a spa with hot and cold plunge pools, a hydrotherapy chamber, and an auto gallery for six cars.
Tavangarian has built luxury homes for four decades, including a Malibu estate sold to billionaire Marc Andreessen in 2021 for $177 million. He began building spec homes after noticing that CEOs and billionaires struggle with the countless decisions involved in custom homebuilding. The listing is held by Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates, along with Tavangarian's daughters and her husband, Branden Williams.
