estside Estate Agency has poached Stuart Vetterick from Hilton & Hyland, The Real Deal has learned. Vetterick had been with the brokerage since 2018 and worked closely with co-founders Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton before their departures. Lori Hyland now owns the agency.
Vetterick cited a desire for new opportunities as his reason for joining Westside Estate Agency. "This is the next step for myself and my clients," he said, highlighting the chance to work with Kurt Rappaport and Stephen Shapiro. Vetterick's notable sales include the $141 million Bel-Air megamansion, "The One", which he represented in 2022.
Rappaport praised Vetterick as an excellent addition to Westside Estate Agency, citing his market expertise and connectivity. Shapiro added that Vetterick personifies the agency's ideal agent: a high-level real estate advisor. Hilton & Hyland President David Kramer expressed pride in Vetterick's accomplishments, including representing the buyer of "The One" and being named Forbes Global Properties' first-ever Hyland Honoree.
