Luxury Real Estate Firm Unveils 18K SF Office Space for Rent

Hilton & Hyland's 18,000 sqft Beverly Hills office space in the Standard Oil Building is available for lease.

H
ilton & Hyland's Beverly Hills office is up for lease as the brokerage's agent headcount has significantly declined. The firm, which had over 100 agents in 2018 when it moved to its current location at 257 North Canon Drive, now has only 40 agents and broker associates.

This reduction follows a series of high-profile departures, including Drew Fenton, who left to start Carolwood Estates, and Rayni and Branden Williams, who launched The Beverly Hills Estates. The office space in question is the second floor of the Standard Oil Building, comprising 18,000 square feet that Hilton & Hyland has called home for seven years.

Independent broker Brandon Cohan is handling the marketing, but declined to comment further. It's unclear if the brokerage plans to vacate the property entirely or move elsewhere within the building. Managing broker Steve Katz and vice president of operations Jheff Tan did not respond to calls seeking comment.

Hilton & Hyland relocated its agents from a previous headquarters across the street in 2018, but has since experienced an exodus of talent, including departures by prominent names such as Mauricio Umansky and Josh Altman. The brokerage's headcount has been declining steadily, with more recent exits including Rayni and Branden Williams, Drew Fenton, and Compass poaching former President David Kramer and his team in December.
