quity Partnership Holdings and Moses Tucker Partners have joined forces for their second multifamily deal in North Texas, acquiring the 276-unit Northpoint Villas at 8100 North Riverside Drive in north Fort Worth for $52.5 million. The price works out to $190,200 per unit, according to reports. Dallas-based SPI Advisory sold the complex near Alliance Town Center.

The acquisition follows a similar deal in September when the partners purchased Firewheel Town Village, a 154-unit apartment complex in Garland. Chris Moses, president and CEO of Moses Tucker Partners, said they plan a long-term presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The firms will invest in renovations at Northpoint Villas, including roof replacement, exterior paint, clubhouse updates, and enhanced outdoor amenities.

Valiant Residential will handle property management for the venture. Despite market challenges, multifamily investment sales are strong in Dallas-Fort Worth this year, with significant transactions taking place. The region is expected to deliver 32,932 units by the end of the year, just three shy of New York City's 32,935 units, according to RentCafe analysis. The Urban Land Institute has named DFW the top real estate market to watch next year due to strong economic fundamentals and high demand for residential properties.
