The 4,500-square-foot beach house on Malibu Road was originally listed for $42.5 million in 2022 but sold to Rappaport for $22.5 million. He plans to remodel the five-bedroom, six-bath property.

    Rappaport's deal-making skills are well-documented; he ranked third on The Real Deal's list of top agents and teams in Los Angeles County, with $691 million in volume across 15 deals between May 2023 and May 2024. His average deal price during this period was a staggering $46.1 million.

    This purchase is just the latest addition to Rappaport's extensive portfolio, which includes over 30 homes in the Los Angeles market. He has owned properties in Malibu, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills, as well as high-end rental properties and commercial buildings. Rappaport also owns a home at the Barbuda Ocean Club resort community in the Caribbean.
