arch of Dimes NY/NJ set a new fundraising record at its 38th Westchester/Fairfield Real Estate Awards Breakfast on Nov. 13, held at Brae Burn Country Club, Purchase. Nearly 500 guests gathered to raise more than $1.3 million for research, programs and advocacy that enhance maternal and infant health. The breakfast united real‑estate and construction leaders who celebrate community impact while supporting March of Dimes’ mission.
Honorees included Susan Fox, president and CEO of White Plains Hospital and regional senior VP for Montefiore‑Einstein, who received the Martin S. Berger Lifetime Achievement Award, and Mark Stagg, founder and president of the Stagg Group, who was awarded the March of Dimes Real Estate Award. Fox noted the long partnership with March of Dimes, emphasizing the vital support for the NICU. Stagg highlighted his firm’s portfolio of over 5,000 market‑rate and affordable units, plus 3,000 in development, and thanked sponsors for advancing maternal and infant health.
The event was hosted by Tara Rosenblum of News 12 and co‑chaired by Patricia Valenti of Newmark and Don Bucci of JLL. Sponsors included the Kylie and Louis R. Cappelli Foundation, Stagg Group, White Plains Hospital, and numerous corporate and community partners.
