M
ark Wahlberg has taken his family even farther from Hollywood, buying a $37 million lakefront estate in South Florida’s most exclusive enclave. After leaving California for Las Vegas in 2022, the Academy‑Award nominee and entrepreneur now calls Stone Creek Ranch home. The gated 187‑acre community, nicknamed “Billionaires’ Row,” attracts high‑profile residents such as New York Mets owner Steve Cohen.

The property, dubbed Palazzo di Lago, sits on 2.5 acres of lakefront and spans roughly 18,000 sq ft of interior space. Wahlberg paid about $32.6 million for the land, with furnishings adding the remaining $4.4 million to reach the $37 million price tag. The renovation was led by developer Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Home, represented by Seanda Adžem of Douglas Elliman, while Michael Costello of Compass handled the sale. Costello highlighted the community’s privacy, security and expansive acreage as key draws.

Inside, the foyer showcases modern chandeliers, and a leafy sitting room opens onto a terrace. A grand staircase leads to a 30‑foot‑high salon with crystal chandeliers and glass walls. The house includes a club room, home theater, and a wellness wing featuring a gym, sauna and massage room. Outdoor amenities comprise a tennis court, a saltwater lagoon pool and an oversized chess board. The chef’s kitchen is lined with walnut and marble, while the breakfast room boasts a white agate wall and the primary suite’s bathroom features mother‑of‑pearl inlay.

Wahlberg’s move to Las Vegas in 2022 followed the sale of his Beverly Hills megamansion for $55 million; the property later sold to Paris Hilton for $63 million. He has spoken of turning the desert city into “Hollywood 2.0” with the help of legislation and tax credits, and a $1.8 billion Sony studio and mixed‑use development are reportedly headed to the area. In a 2024 interview, he noted that the Nevada location lets his children pursue equestrian sports and golf, and that his vacant plot in a wealthy Las Vegas community sold for over $17 million earlier this year.

Whether Wahlberg will shift his “Hollywood 2.0” ambitions to Palm Beach remains unclear, but the locale offers easy access to equestrian hot‑spot Wellington and large golf courses, providing a private, luxurious setting for his family.
