Massachusetts Construction Industry Honors 2025 BWiC Inspire Award Winners

AGC MA Announces 2025 Building Women in Construction Inspire Awards for March 6.

he Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA) has announced the 2025 Building Women in Construction (BWiC) Inspire Awards, set to take place on March 6 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston. The event will honor exemplary women in construction and follows Governor Maura Healey's Executive Order in December 2024 aimed at increasing diversity in the construction workforce.

    Massachusetts Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll will deliver the keynote address, while Annissa Essaibi George, former Boston city councilor and current President & CEO of Big Sister Boston, will host the program. Awards will be presented to women who have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and commitment to their careers and industry.

    The 2025 Inspire Award winners are:

    * Emerging Leader: Haley Dyer, Electrical Estimator at BOND Building Construction, Inc.

    * Rising Star: Maria LeVie, Talent & Culture Manager at TG Gallagher

    * Trades Woman: Cheryl Lieteau, Master Carpenter at W.T. Rich Company

    * Young Achiever: Tallah Ryan, Wentworth Institute of Technology
