n affiliate of Nebraska Furniture Market is developing a mixed-use project in Cedar Park, northwest of Austin. CedarView will feature a 1.2 million-square-foot furniture store, 250,000 square feet of retail space, a hotel, and a convention center. The project, overseen by CPM Development LLC, is expected to open in 2027 and will include warehouse space. The city of Cedar Park has committed $45 million in rebates for the project, which is projected to generate significant tax revenue. The development will also include a 240,000-square-foot Scheels location with entertainment attractions, creating over 500 jobs.
