ctress Barret Swatek, known for her role as Victoria Jenkins on "Yellowstone," is auctioning off her $65 million Maui estate. The property, which she and husband Adam Weiss purchased in 2021 for $45 million, boasts eight bedrooms and 21,700 square feet of beachfront living space on Keawakapu Beach.
The couple's decision to put the home up for auction comes after the birth of their daughter last year, as they seek a more family-friendly environment closer to Swatek's parents in Alabama. Weiss, a retired hedge-fund manager and co-founder of Scout Capital Management, told The Wall Street Journal that the baby changed their equation on living in Maui.
The property has been extensively renovated with features like a bar off the kitchen and a library where a media room once stood. Most furnishings are included in the sale price. Chad Roffers, CEO of Concierge Auctions, expects bids to start between $17.5 million and $35 million when the auction commences on April 10 and ends on April 22.
Weiss declined to disclose a target price for the property, but it's clear that Swatek is eager to return to her home state and raise their daughter in a more family-oriented environment.
