tlanta Housing, Georgia’s largest housing agency, appointed Maya Hodari as its chief real‑estate officer. Hodari had been senior vice president of real‑estate and interim chief real‑estate officer for the organization. A 2001 HUD Fellow, she brings 25 years of development expertise. President‑CEO Terri Lee praised her “expertise, leadership and proven results.” In the past 18 months she has overseen the closing of 14 of 16 active development deals—an exceptional feat for a public authority. Lee said her strategic focus has driven Atlanta Housing’s momentum and will continue to elevate the agency’s real‑estate strategy. Hodari added, “Atlanta Housing shapes the city’s future.
