oston Development Group is set to build a 50,000-square-foot medical office building in Needham, MA. This development marks the first all-electric building under Massachusetts' new Energy Codes in the town.
In an exclusive interview, Boston Development Group CEO Jodie Zussman and project partners discuss this innovative project. The site at 629-661 Highland Avenue will feature a modern ground-up medical office building with two levels of parking and a unique landscape design.
The project team includes Boston Development Group as owner and developer, VHB as civil engineer, Ground Inc as landscape designer, TF Moran as structural engineer, BR+A Consulting Engineers for MEP/FP, and Vanasse & Associates for traffic engineering. JLL is the exclusive leasing broker, with Evans Huber representing Boston Development Group at the Needham Town Council.
The project received approval from the Town of Needham Planning Board in December and is now moving forward with pre-leasing efforts led by JLL.
