el Foster Co.’s School of Real Estate opens its fall pre‑license program for aspiring and current agents. Launched in 2024, the curriculum includes the three mandatory Iowa Real Estate License courses plus the 60‑hour Iowa Salesperson requirement. Classes run Thursdays and Fridays, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m., at the Training & Education office, 3249 E. 35th St. Court, Davenport. Sessions: Listing Practices, Oct. 16‑17; Buying Practices, Nov. 6‑7; Professionalism & Ethics, Nov. 20‑21. Candidates must be 18+, pass a background check, hold a high‑school diploma, and clear both Iowa and National exams. New agents sign a pre‑affiliation agreement to attend free.
