el Foster Co., a leading provider of real estate services for over 100 years, has launched its School of Real Estate to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's competitive market. The comprehensive curriculum covers essential topics such as property law, market analysis, negotiation strategies, and cutting-edge technology.
The school offers flexible class schedules, both in-person and online learning options, led by seasoned industry experts who provide invaluable insights and mentorship. "We're thrilled to open the Mel Foster Co. School of Real Estate," said Talent Acquisition and Agent Development Director Carie Nesbitt. "Our goal is to equip students with the tools they need to succeed and positively impact their communities."
The school's online platform is now live, offering continuing education courses for current Iowa agents and a 60-hour Pre-License course for new agents. In November, Mel Foster will host three in-person pre-license courses: Listing Practices (Nov. 13-14), Buying Practices (Nov. 15 and 18), and Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices (Nov. 19-20).
In addition to the pre-license courses and continuing education, the school will offer various training opportunities and mentorship programs for newly licensed agents. Students can benefit from ongoing support from the Mel Foster Co. network of real estate professionals and flexible class schedules.
