RSA Commercial Real Estate, a Metairie-based company, has expanded its services to include residential real estate through the launch of SRSA Residential. This new division brings SRSA's expertise and commitment to the local community, offering solutions tailored to individuals' diverse needs.
Founded by New Orleanians, SRSA has prioritized partnerships that promote growth throughout the city for over 30 years. The company has a proven track record in spearheading transformative projects and building trusted relationships across the region. Notable clients include Entergy, Trader Joe's, and Chick-fil-A, as well as projects like the Clearview City Center redevelopment.
SRSA Residential is led by Sponsoring Broker Steve Reisig and a team of sales and leasing specialists, including Nick Kallman and Nicholas Corchiani. The division aims to redefine the home-buying, selling, and leasing experience by leveraging SRSA's commercial real estate expertise. "Our mission is to build long-lasting relationships that may begin with a client's first apartment rental and evolve into residential sales and commercial business ventures," Kallman said.
Barry Spizer, managing partner of SRSA, emphasized the importance of community in the company's decision to launch SRSA Residential. "This new division allows us to serve our neighbors in a whole new way, providing trusted guidance every step of the way."
