G Developer is launching the final phase of its Biltmore Square development in Coral Gables. The company has hired Ryan Serhant and Jorge Fernandez to lead sales for The George, a 13-unit townhouse project at 717 Valencia Avenue. Completed phases include Althea Row, Beatrice Row, Biltmore Row, and Biltmore Park condo.
The George townhouses will span approximately 6,000 square feet, featuring four-car garages, elevators, and outdoor space. Asking prices range from $5.9 million to $6 million. Construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter, with completion within 20 months. MG plans to finance construction through a lender it has worked with previously.
MG Developer, led by Alirio Torrealba, has expanded beyond Coral Gables, acquiring the Regency Miami Airport hotel and planning a multifamily project on the site. The company is also developing Doral Parc, a complex of three mixed-use buildings in Doral. Serhant's brokerage is handling sales for other projects, including Mercedes-Benz Places in Brickell and a luxury apartment tower in Edgewater.
