Miami Beach mansion, previously sold for $105M, seeks new buyer.

Todd Michael Glaser's North Bay Road home seeks new, high-end owner.

D
eveloper Todd Michael Glaser has re-listed a Miami Beach property, just six weeks after purchasing it for $105 million. The new asking price is a staggering $169 million, making it the highest ask for the largest residence on North Bay Road, known as the Park Avenue of Miami Beach.

The 1936-built main house sits on 2.3 acres, including 290 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. Glaser closed on the property in late July, according to records. North Bay Road is a 4-mile strip along Biscayne Bay with less than 200 homes worth nearly $2 billion collectively.

The exclusive street has become the most tightly held corridor in the city, boasting past and present homeowners like Apollo co-founder Josh Harris, President Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff, and David and Victoria Beckham. The property was built for entertaining, featuring a double-height foyer with dual staircases, formal living and dining rooms, and a large family room with an entertainment bar.

The main bedroom boasts barrel-vaulted ceilings, custom finishes, and French doors opening to a terrace with city skyline and water vistas. The offering also includes a racquetball court in an accessory structure connected to the main house, as well as a pool, tennis court, and private dock.

The property features nine bedrooms, 15 baths, and four powder rooms across the main house, pool house, and guest house. This listing follows Bespoke's recent $122.1 million deal at 18 La Gorce, where they represented the buyer. "5940 North Bay Road offers a single, expansive estate on Miami Beach's most proven address," said Michael Cantwell of Bespoke Real Estate.
