iami-Dade condo sales plummeted in November to their lowest point this year. The month saw $426 million in total sales, down from October's $504 million. According to Redfin's Multiple Listing Service data, 568 condos were sold last month, a decline from the 681 sales recorded in October and 626 in September.
This marks the fewest condo sales per month and lowest dollar volume so far this year, surpassing January's totals of 598 condos sold and $466 million. November sale prices ranged from $65,000 to $11.4 million, with a median price of $415,000. The price per square foot varied between $84 and $3,028, with a median of $430.
Unit 5211 at Bayview Fisher Island took the title for priciest sale last month, selling for $11.4 million or $2,830 per square foot after 341 days on the market. In contrast, unit K16 at Ro Mont South was sold for $65,000 – or $84 per square foot – making it the least expensive condo sale.
