Brokers closed 93 condo deals totaling $61.9 million from January 5 to 12, up from 92 sales worth $59.5 million the previous week. The average sale price rose to $665,359, a 3% increase from the previous week's $646,506. However, the average price per square foot dropped to $503 from $511.
The top 10 sales ranged from $1.2 million to $8.6 million. Unit 1702-1706 at Mr. C Residences took the top spot with a $8.6 million closing, selling for $2,371 per square foot after 133 days on market. The second-highest sale was unit 1206N at Oceana Key Biscayne, which sold for $5.9 million and $2,592 per square foot after 244 days.
