ura Vida Miami, a health-conscious café chain, has expanded to new locations in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. The company leased 2,200 square feet at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel on Collins Avenue and 3,200 square feet at South Harbor Plaza in Fort Lauderdale. Pura Vida Miami, founded by Omer and Jennifer Horev in 2012, has been steadily growing over the past decade with multiple locations across Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

    WPP, a London-based advertising agency, has relocated its Brickell office to Coral Gables, downsizing from 73,000 square feet to about 25,000 square feet at WeWork. The company sought a shorter lease after the recent renovation of the Brickell Key Centre office campus. WPP's departure has been largely backfilled by new tenants, with the building now around 85% occupied.

    Gladstone Media, a Canadian multimedia production company, has opened its first Miami office in Wynwood, leasing 2,000 square feet at 571 Northwest 28th Street. The company is expanding its business to South Florida and is also working on marketing projects for high-end properties, including a $285 million estate in Manalapan.
