ishman Speyer, a prominent New York-based real estate investment and development firm, has acquired the 2010 West End tower in Midtown for $112 million. The mixed-use building stands at 25 stories tall with retail space on the ground level. Located at its namesake address, it is Nashville's 38th tallest structure and the fourth-tallest in Midtown.
