ubai, UAE – November 8, 2025 – Itihad Community Management, a leading property‑management firm in Dubai, has become the first company in the Middle East to receive the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Accredited Management Organization (AMO) accreditation, awarded on November 7, 2025. The AMO designation is granted to fewer than 450 firms worldwide that demonstrate superior financial performance, professional leadership, and strict adherence to IREM’s Code of Professional Ethics.
