latinum Realty, part of United Real Estate, has broadened its footprint by merging with neighboring SunWest Real Estate Advisors. Founded by Jerry Braklow, SunWest said the alliance gives agents access to a larger platform while preserving the firm’s local vibe. “Agents can grow in a bigger organization yet keep that small‑town feel,” Braklow explained, highlighting national reach, cutting‑edge tech, and fresh opportunities. Broker Monet Deshler added that the deal blends boutique service with United’s nationwide resources, offering national training, advanced marketing, and a referral network that supports clients whether they’re buying locally or relocating nationwide. Since its 2005 launch, Platinum Realty now boasts over 2,500 agents in 11 Midwest offices. The company plans to launch a luxury division featuring certification programs, tailored branding, marketing strategies, and access to high‑net‑worth client pools. Rob Hill, director of growth, said the initiative will redefine luxury real‑estate marketing in the region, promising an experience surpassing current standards.
