38-year-old Milwaukee real estate broker, Austin Chronister, has been charged with human trafficking and sex assault. Prosecutors claim he kept two women in his State Street home, which he co-owns with a defense attorney, Christin Saint Pierre, who is named in the complaint but not charged. The women allegedly lived in the house from 2017 under strict rules, including being required to have sex on demand and wear collars at all times.
According to the complaint, Chronister would throw BDSM parties for friends and family, and the women were forced to sign a contract outlining their duties, which included obedience and sexual play. They were also required to change their last names to Saint Pierre and refer to the house as "House Saint Pierre."
Chronister is accused of sexually assaulting both women and preventing them from leaving the house. Christin Saint Pierre allegedly controlled the mail and kept one woman's identification documents in a safe, wearing a collar herself.
Chronister is being held in custody, but it's unclear when he will make his first court appearance. His profile has been removed from Mahler Sotheby's International Realty website.
