Mitsui Fudosan to Develop Luxury Scottsdale Apartments

igh Street Residential and Mitsui Fudosan America have broken ground on a $100 million luxury apartment complex in Scottsdale, Arizona. The three-story development at 10050 North Scottsdale Road will feature 215 one- and two-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes, including custom cabinets, quartz counters, and premium appliances.

    The project, designed by ESG Architects, will also include outdoor courtyards, a fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, dog park, pool, and a work-from-home area with private offices. A parking lot will accommodate 380 cars. The complex is expected to be completed in summer 2027.

    High Street Residential purchased the vacant strip mall site for $15 million in September 2023. The Scottsdale City Council approved the project in 2022. The development aims to boost economic viability in the area, which is mostly non-residential. High Street Residential has built over $4 billion in apartment developments within the past 15 years and has more than 6,500 units in the pipeline.

    Mitsui Fudosan America, a unit of Japan-based Mitsui Fudosan, invests in quality office and residential properties across the US, with core markets including New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, and Washington D.C.
