torage Post Self Storage has expanded its Chicago portfolio with the acquisition of three self-storage locations through local broker MJ Partners Real Estate Services. The company now operates 33 facilities across New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, and Chicago, having added five properties to its portfolio in total. Two of the new locations are situated in the Edgewater and Belmont Cragin neighborhoods, while the third is in Little Village.
"We were very pleased with our experience working with MJ Partners," says Storage Post's Director of Acquisitions Jack Giannola. "They were responsive and respectful to both parties' needs." Marc Boorstein, Jeffrey Jacobson, and David Kohn brokered the deal for MJ Partners.
