According to Hagens Berman, consumers who sold a home since 2021 may be eligible for compensation due to allegedly deceptive practices.
The law firm is encouraging those who used an online real estate agent or any real estate agent to contact them about their rights. Their research suggests that these practices may have affected consumers nationwide, violating consumer rights and causing sellers to overpay.
