EMB Realty’s Herald Towers will welcome a new retail tenant occupying just 2,500 square feet, a sharp contrast to the 55,000‑square‑foot lease it secured last spring with Old Navy. The space, located at the West 33rd Street corner, will house Moomoo, an international trading platform that recently opened its East Coast headquarters in Jersey City. Moomoo, which serves 27 million investors, plans to bridge digital trading with in‑person engagement by providing hands‑on tools and educational programs. Herald Towers, a former McAlpin Hotel now a large apartment complex across from Macy’s, will host Moomoo’s first retail presence.
