Mosaik strengthens presence through strategic real estate collaborations

Expanding Network: Partnership with LeadingRE and Realtor Association Secured

osaik, a real estate client experience platform, has expanded its reach through three new collaborations. The company has joined the Solutions Group preferred vendor program of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), entered into an exclusive agreement with the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) in Tennessee, and been named a Premier Partner in EXIT Realty's International EXIT Marketplace.

    The partnership with LeadingRE brings Mosaik's technology to a global network of 550 independent real estate firms. "We're excited to partner with LeadingRE because their members already serve clients at the highest level," said Sheila Reddy, CEO of Mosaik. "Our platform helps them build on that excellence by delivering personalized value at scale and meeting modern consumer expectations."

    WCAR, which serves over 2,900 members in middle Tennessee, is the first Realtor association to formally partner with Mosaik. Through the agreement, members gain access to Mosaik's suite of tools for collaborative property search, transaction management, and more.

    The partnership supports WCAR's focus on member success. "A partnership like this is a great step in that direction," said 2025 President Jennifer Bickerstaff. EXIT Realty will also give its associates access to Mosaik's tools throughout the client relationship.

    For Reddy, partnering with EXIT Realty is deeply personal. She credits her first agent, an EXIT agent, for guiding her through a complicated home buying process. "That experience shaped how I see real estate and led to Mosaik," she said. "To now partner with EXIT is nothing short of an honor."
