This is a decrease from the previous week's $93.8 million in sales. The average price per unit was $625,291, down from $656,812 the week before. However, the average price per square foot rose to $501 from $475.
The top sale of the week was at Murano at Portofino in Miami Beach, where Unit 301 sold for $6.9 million after 183 days on the market. This works out to a price of $2,036 per square foot. The second-highest sale was at Millennium Tower Residence in Miami, where Unit 57E sold for $4.5 million.
