new real estate company, Redeavor, has been launched by a group of industry experts with a combined $40 billion in transaction and development value. The Nashville office will be led by Maranda Blanton. With a presence in multiple locations, Redeavor is based out of the Gulch Crossing building at 1033 Demonbreun St. Additional offices are planned for New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Las Vegas.
