ew York Knicks fans may soon see Danilo Gallinari on the court again after the veteran forward signed a contract for a two-bedroom home at One Williamsburg Wharf in Brooklyn. The 16-year NBA veteran, who was drafted by the Knicks with the No. 6 overall pick in 2008, has played for several teams since then.
Gallinari's new apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows and water views of the East River. Two-bedroom units in the building start at around $2 million and come with hardwood floors, large windows, and two bathrooms. The open kitchen includes a breakfast bar, while the primary suite boasts a walk-in closet and spa-like bath.
The 22-story waterfront building offers various amenities, including a custom library, children's playroom, pet-grooming stations, screening room, and pool with cabanas. Residents can also enjoy a seasonal ice skating rink, game room, gym, and basketball court. Parking and storage are available for purchase, and the East River Ferry is just 200 feet away.
One Williamsburg Wharf is part of a larger 3.75-acre development from Naftali Group, which will bring over 1 million square feet of new residences, retail, and cultural spaces to the area. The building's sales are being handled by Serhant.
