BA player Precious Achiuwa has scored a slam dunk in the real estate market, purchasing a two-bedroom condo at Five Park Miami Beach, the city's tallest tower. Located at 500 Alton Road, this 48-story residential building stands at an impressive 519 feet high.

Achiuwa was drawn to the unit for its prime location and breathtaking views, as well as its luxurious and tranquil atmosphere. The 1,451-square-foot condo features a spacious primary bedroom, chef's kitchen, and 10-foot-high ceilings. A 448-square-foot terrace offers ample outdoor space.

The purchase price is not yet disclosed, but similar units in the building range from $2 million to $3 million. Achiuwa worked with interior designer Adriana Hoyos to bring his vision to life.

Five Park Miami Beach boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a sixth-floor pool deck and a residents-only social club on the 26th floor. The tower's design is courtesy of Arquitectonica, with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard. Developer David Martin describes the building as embodying the city's global identity.

A $22 million penthouse in the tower has also hit the market, featuring four bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths across 5,888 square feet. The unit is designed and furnished by Interior Marketing Group.
