eason 2 of “Open House Chicago” premieres Sunday, Oct. 26 at 8:30 AM CT. Hosted and executive produced by Cortney Hall, the NBC 5 Chicago (WMAQ‑TV) luxury‑real‑estate series returns with fresh, insider tours of the city’s most coveted homes. Episodes air every Sunday at 8:30 AM CT, immediately after the 8 AM news, and stream live on NBCChicago.com, the NBC 5 News channel, and the NBC Chicago YouTube channel.
Building on the Emmy‑nominated first season, Season 2 expands its focus to Chicagoland’s suburbs—Barrington Hills, Hinsdale—and introduces new themes such as “Homes with Horses” and “Co‑ops.” Hall says, “After growing up in the western suburbs and seeing my mother excel in design and luxury real estate, I’m thrilled to share the passion she sparked in me with viewers.” She’ll be joined by broker Carrie McCormick, who offers buying, selling, and homeowner tips, and Ben Cohen, Managing Director at Rate, who provides market insights. Method Moving’s concierge relocation specialists will also give expert moving advice. The show partners with Chicago Title & Trust and the Chicago Architecture Center.
Viewers can preview Season 2, Episode 1 on NBC Chicago’s YouTube channel starting Oct. 21. All episodes are available on the NBC 5 Chicago Newslive channel and NBCChicago.com. Behind‑the‑scenes content will be posted on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (@nbcchicago), while Cortney Hall’s personal accounts (@cortneyhall) offer additional updates.
