KO Group and Tao Group Hospitality are launching a joint venture called Miami Members Hospitality. Their first venue will be a Mediterranean restaurant and private lounge on the top two floors of the 55-story 830 Brickell office tower in Miami's Brickell Financial District. The tower, completed this year by OKO Group and Cain International, is fully leased to tenants including Citadel, Kirkland & Ellis, Thoma Bravo, and Marsh.

    Tao Group Hospitality, led by co-CEOs Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss, operates restaurants, nightclubs, and daytime entertainment venues. Miami Members Hospitality's restaurant will offer a unique dining experience, while the lounge will be exclusive to members.

    In the Miami Design District, Japanese temaki restaurant Nami Nori is opening its first Florida outpost at 156 Northeast 41st Street. Launchpad Hospitality, in partnership with Pharrell Williams, will also open a new concept called Matsuyoi on the second floor of the same building. The two restaurants are designed to complement each other.

    The University of Miami Health System has relocated its clinic from Florida Atlantic University's Boca Raton campus to Grover Corlew's Palmetto Central office campus in Boca Raton. The clinic leased 17,000 square feet at 1489 West Palmetto Park Road.

    In Coral Gables, luxury leather goods and furniture showroom Christopher King has opened its first outpost in the historic Douglas Entrance building at 800 Douglas Road. The showroom offers a range of luxury products, including made-to-order furniture.

    Pilar Coffee Bar and Iced Treats has opened its flagship outpost in Deerfield Beach at The Cove retail and dining development. The coffee shop leases 1,800 square feet at 1500 Southeast Third Court.

    Hat designer Kai Lassen has opened a hat store in Palm Beach at the Paramount mixed-use development on North County Road.
