ew England Women's Healthcare (NEWH) is expanding for the third time in six years with a new 7,050-square-foot location at 60 Audubon Road in Wakefield. This marks the practice's third site, joining existing locations on Concord Street in Wilmington and Washington Street in Woburn.
The new facility will bring NEWH's total medical space to 21,000 square feet within Cummings Properties' MetroNorth portfolio. Founded in 2017, NEWH offers comprehensive gynecological care, prenatal services, obstetrics, and personalized family planning, with an affiliation with Winchester Hospital.
Cummings vice president of Leasing John Halsey and account manager Zachary Kohl worked closely with NEWH CEO Jody Blumberg on the expansion. "We're pleased to support New England Women's Healthcare as it continues to grow," said Halsey. Cummings' in-house teams designed and built a state-of-the-art medical facility equipped for exams, ultrasounds, lab work, and minimally invasive procedures.
The Audubon Road campus offers convenient amenities, including an on-site daycare center, easy access to highways I-93 and I-95, and proximity to MarketStreet Lynnfield's shops and eateries. NEWH joins a community of wellness providers, including Empower Physical Therapy, Communitas, Tender Loving Care, and VCA Animal Hospitals.
