From regional to statewide services and local associations, multiple listing services and Realtor groups form the backbone of residential real estate. The following updates spotlight organizations shaping the industry’s future.

**Stellar MLS Extends Data Sharing to Rhode Island**

Stellar MLS, the largest MLS in Florida and Puerto Rico, has signed a reciprocal access agreement with the Rhode Island‑based State‑Wide Multiple Listing Service. The deal broadens listing visibility for members across 11 states and territories, according to a recent press release.

The partnership links State‑Wide MLS members—about 6,000 agents in roughly 1,000 offices in Rhode Island and neighboring states—to Stellar’s extensive network. Agents can now view and share listings between the two systems without needing separate memberships. This arrangement boosts referral opportunities and streamlines service for clients moving between markets.

Both MLSs operate on the Matrix platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience that enhances listing exposure, referral growth, and regional market mobility. “It’s a win for professionals, consumers, and the industry,” said Stellar MLS CEO Merri Jo Cowen. “Together we’re improving data accuracy, transparency, and access.”

This agreement continues Stellar’s nationwide push for data connectivity. Recent partnerships include a reciprocal deal with Miami Realtors and a three‑way agreement announced in July with California Regional MLS and Bright MLS.

**Maine Listings Unveils New ‘North Star’ Logo**

Maine Listings, one of the country’s oldest MLSs with 6,800 members statewide, has launched a new logo and brand identity that reflects its customer‑first focus and leadership in real‑estate data and technology across New England.

The rebrand introduces a circular motif symbolizing connection and community throughout Maine’s diverse regions. Green and blue hues pay homage to the state’s oceans, forests, and mountains. At the center, a white star—representing Maine Listings as a guiding North Star for real‑estate professionals—underscores the organization’s commitment to excellence and trust.

CEO Denise Libby described the new look as “a visual symbol of how we blend rural beauty and hometown values with modern technology.” The refreshed identity aims to reinforce the MLS’s values of innovation, collaboration, and service.
