he Real Estate Board of New York is reviving its annual winter celebration with a high-end twist. The event, now called the REBNY Annual, will take place on January 22 at the newly restored Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. This marks a return to form after the pandemic forced the gathering online in 2021 and subsequent moves to the Glasshouse on 12th Avenue, which didn't quite live up to attendees' expectations.

    The event's new home is the iconic Grand Ballroom, where guests will enjoy red-carpet arrivals, a cocktail reception, and a formal awards dinner honoring industry leaders. The evening promises to recapture the glamour of past years, with a portion of proceeds supporting REBNY's social impact initiatives.
